Occupying the entire second floor of The Gibson House, the  Event Center offers the largest total square footage special event venue in the historic Centralia downtown core.

Two spaces can be rented separately, or combined for nearly 6,700 square feet of usable space for weddings, reunions, holiday gatherings, retirements, anniversaries, office and corporate events, training sessions, retreats and meetings, or whatever kind of special event you need quality space for.

Room for groups numbering 20 to 220+ can be booked for part days, full days and multiple days.

The Magnolia Ballroom measures 5,270 square feet that can be configured in whatever way meets your needs. There is room for a  sit-down dinner for up to 200 and open space for a live band and dancing. Link to PDF of floor plan.

The Tower View Conference Room offers a smaller space for more intimate gatherings or corporate training and meeting events complete with drop-down screen and sound system. At 1,400 square feet, it's still the size of a small house, yet designed to make your group feel comfy and cozy.
